Booking and Payments
Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as specified during the booking process.
Payment Terms: Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or other methods accepted by the website.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the event. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will follow our refund policy (see Section 8).

Professionalism: Our chauffeurs are trained professionals committed to providing exceptional service.
Behavior: Clients and their guests must behave respectfully toward chauffeurs. Any form of abuse will result in service termination without a refund.

Liability
Allure Luxury Chauffeur is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or inconveniences caused by factors outside of its control, including but not limited to road closures, extreme weather, or accidents.
The company will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury by the client or their guests during the hire period.

Refund Policy
Cancellation by Client:
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund, minus the 30% deposit.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for any refund.
Cancellation by the Company: In the rare event of a company-initiated cancellation, a full refund will be provided, or alternative arrangements will be offered.
